Pregnant after a vasectomy??

My partner has had a vasectomy in 2018 and had a conformation that he was sterile, fast forward to today my last period was 51 days ago and I’m usually 27-31 days. I’ve tested on a clear blue digital but my urine was really dilated (middle of the afternoon) and it was negative but yet no period still 🤔
