I need help!

For the past 3 months I’ve been using an ovulation app as my periods have only just started becoming kind of normal after having the contraceptive implant out and my app today is showing this (see below) and I’ve tested yesterday and today and it’s come back negative (I haven’t used first morning urine as first response said I didn’t have to) could I still be pregnant or should I just accept that I’ve missed out this month?
