Implantation bleeding?

I know there’s probably loads of threads about this but I can’t find any real answers which relates to myself. According to Flo app my ovulation date was 26th. My period due date is today (10th) on 6th I started brown/pink spotting - only when I wiped or a very small smear on underwear no cramps or other symptoms. I did have sore breasts last week which is normal for me the week before I’m due and throughout my period - however this has stopped. I’m still spotting today. My period is normally heavy first few days so this is really unusual. I tested on 7th which was negative. My period is normally regularly give or take a day or two. Has anyone else had similar experiences and what was the outcome. Thank you
