Low libido and inability to orgasm

I'm one week past ovulation and I'm hoping to be pregnant. I see some symptoms (abdominal pain, heavy breasts, nausea, diarrhea/constipation, sleepiness, blocked nose, loss of appetite). I realized that my libido is low and I do not orgasm anymore. I've had low libido in the past but I always do reach the big O. However this past week, I do not. I also noticed that my g-spot moved to way up there. But no matter how many times my husband strokes it, I still do not finish. Is this a thing? What do I do about it? I'd love to enjoy sex with my husband
