Undertstanding af cycle before TTC
My Dh and I are thinking of starting TTC in July, so I have now tried to get in tune with my body by monitoring cm, using a OPK to see when I OV. AF is usually very regular until this month when it has came one week early, meaning that AF turned at CD23 instead of CD28. It truly is AF as it has been heavy and I have cramps (but that is normal for af for me), so can't be implantation (plus we use condoms). I didn't really get a + on my OPK and started it from CD 11 for a week.
Is it possible for AF to come a week early when I am normally regular? Do you think with me poking about could have brought it on (sorry tmi)? Has it happened to anyone else?
