random night wakings
i was wondering if anyone could help?
my son is almost 5 months old now and had been sleeping through from 7pm til 6am, maybe 5am on a bad day, but a few weeks ago he had a cold and started waking up in the early hours between midnight and 6am for no reason, i think it was that he couldnt breathe that well so kept spitting out his dummy.
anyway, he is over the cold now but still wakes up! i just keep popping the dummy back in but then usually give in at around 6am and put him in bed with me and hubby. i dont know how to get him out of this new and very unwelcome habit?!
any advice? xx
