Baby measurements at 4 months 98th centile ? Advice please x

FTM with a rainbow baby boy who is 19 weeks old. 

his head size at 6 weeks was 39cm and then it went to 41.5 at 10 weeks and at 19 its at 44cm so he is on the 98th centile and home visitor and Gp referred me to the peadiactr ward he is 16lbs 3 and 63.5cm long is this normal 

or something to be concerned about
