Car seat vibration

hi, I am new in here so any advice would be great. I am a first time mum to a little girl who is 9 weeks old. I recently changed my car and whilst the car seat states it's compatible and is fitted securely there is a lot of visable vibration on the baby. Is this ok and is there any way I can reduce the vibration I am worried it will cause issues with her head?
