Anyone been through the same? Periods after giving birth.

I don't know if I'm posting in the right place but..

I had my beautiful baby girl 12 weeks ago, I bled for 5 weeks after I then got a period on the 5th of may. I now haven't seen my period since. I'm probably over thinking things and worrying myself for nothing but I took 2 pregnancy tests which have both been negative. Has anyone had the same? Thank you x
