Anyone know what this rash is on my baby?

My son has had this rash like thing for nearly a week now and the doctor said last week it's eczema but I'm not sure it is, as it's all up side of his head and behind his ear, on his neck but not on his body.. anyone know what this could be? I have in mind it could be a milk protein allergy?
