Need help - 5month old scream scrying whenever I try to feed him. Doing this on my own, please help

Hello everyone I have a baby whose 5 months old in 10 days and recently he has been scream crying when I try to feed him and I’m just not coping anymore 😢 fathers not involved im 18 doing this all by myself and it’s getting so hard I’m sleep deprived and I just can’t comfort my baby, i feel terrible when I say I don’t want him anymore because that’s not true at all I’m  so exhausted, anyone got any advice?
