11 month baby not taking any milk

I’ve a 11 month old baby. He has been rejecting all milk from bottle, spoon, soppy cup etc, wsince he was 9 months old. At first I tried milk cereal which worked for a month. But now he completely rejects milk in cereal form and even rejects milk bread. Is there anything else with enough nutrient for a growing up baby that I can feed him ? I’m at my wits end. He don’t even take 50ml of water a day
