How much of each food group do I need to give LO?

IE: cereal, proteins, dairy, fruit/veg, carbs etc? Either daily or weekly. Just trying to make sure I give DD all she needs?

    The NHS website doesn't split it out from 6 months plus but it advises from 9 months:-
    - three to four servings of starchy food each day, such as potato, bread and rice,
    - three to four servings of fruit and vegetables - vitamin C in fruit and vegetables helps to absorb iron, so give these at mealtimes, and
    - two servings of meat, fish, eggs, dhal or other pulses.

    Mainly though, I think it's all just about offering them a balanced diet as we should do for ourselves.
