pelvic floor

Hi, I'm just after some advice following the birth of my son three weeks ago. During the labour I had to have a catheter inserted and this stayed in for the rest of the day as I had to have an operation. Since the birth I have been feeling bruised around my 'bits' when I wee and today I feel like I have been 'leaking a bit', like I don't have control over my bladder. I don't know if this s because of the catheter,/normal after a vaginal birth/or because i may have an infection.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
