hey, i dont know as my lo started sleeping through the night before i tried it but suposedly it works. i know a few people on here have said it works for them and other people think its too strict. i guess its one of these things you have to try yourself lol $:\$ )

and my lo is 16 weeks old and he just started doing it 2 weeks ago after many, many sleepless nights.

Yay, well done Emilie. Really nice of you to offer to pass the book on too. We have it (borrowed from a friend), as well as many other books but lo is still not sleeping through.xx

im so happy hes finally sleeping...he now sleeps 9pm-11am (sometimes noon!) its so good! lol x
