How to stop her midnight feed

Hi mummies......

Just a quick question im really struggling to stop my 8month old waking up for her midnight feed....please help!!!!!

I am at the minute only giving her water when she wakes and she will have about an ounce or two and then go bk to sleep, but how can i cut it out altogether????

Hi I'm no expert, as my lo is only 10 weeks old. Could it just be she needs more time to get used to the fact it's only water, and get bored of not getting milk? Obviously I don't know how long you've been giving her the water. It might just be perserverence. Hope someone can give you some good advice. xx
