lo has a cold

hi everyone,

i have had a cold over the past few days and i have passed it on to my lo (29 weeks) what can i give her to help. bless her, her little nose keeps dripping how can i clear it for her? i feel so bad.
does calpol help?

I'm no expert but i would assume calpol will help & you can get olbas oil for kids too if she has a stuffy nose.

I don't think there's anything you can do other than try and make her more comfortable.
You can try things like snuffle babe on her chest and elevating her by putting a pillow underneath her mattress.
