Lowering cot base - Boori or King Parrot

Hi, has anyone got a Boori or King Parrot cot and if so, can you point me in the direction of the instructions on how to lower the cot base? Hugo gave me a heart attack the other day when he started pulling himself up on things so I need to lower the cot base ASAP but I can't find my instructions!
