Which TENS Machine?

Hi, I want to buy a TENS machine ( I live abroad and can't rent one here), can anyone recommend one? I would like a really good effective one (obviously!) and was just looking on ebay but no idea if some are better than others? any advice appreciated. x

p.s hope you don't mind me posting this here..i didn't get any replies on 'labour forum' so thought I would try here
