Pyloromyotomy

Hi all,

Sorry to gatecrash your forum but was wondering if anyone could help.....

Just wondering if anyone has had any experiance with pyloromyotomy?

I have tried to do a search online but it didnt come up with much stuf that was any help to me. I know the signs of it as I had it as a baby and if it werent for my nan i probably wouldnt be here, but I dont know much of what it is and no one seems to want to say anything about it.

Any info would be gratefully appreciate.

hiya im sure it the op that they do for pyloric stenosis my son had his op at two weeks. he was being sick like the exorcist. it to do with the incision they make cutting through the layers of the pyloris. I struggled to get info i think its also called ramsteds proceedure .hope this helps. laura x
