baby travel insurance

Can you get baby or infant travel insurance? We have adult single trip travel insurance but I'm assuming it doesn't cover lo and I need to get something for him and wondering if I can get one just for lo or do I need to get family cover. Just trying to work out cheapest option as already paid for ours and don't want to pay double.
