Cold and feeding (also in BiFeb)

Have any of you found that your lo's have been off milk when they have a cold? DS has had a cold for the past few days and seems to be really off his milk. It is a struggle to get him to take a bottle at all and then he takes 3/4 ounces at most (feeding every 3-4 hours). Yesterday he had 22 ounces when he normally has about 32. I have been giving him calpol to keep his temp down etc. I managed to get him to take some water though and he doesn't seem dehydrated at all - still plenty of wet nappies and so on.

Is this normal when they are unwell?
