Belly ache

I had my baby boy Luen by c-section over 10 days ago and have the worst period type belly ache ever, i just wondered if this is normal?! I am assuming it my body returning to some sort of normality, had forgotten how bad period pains were lol!!

    I had exactly the same, I spoke to gp and they said it was my muscles etc with the swelling going down. If its not better in a few days I'd just give gp a call but try and rest as much as possible, which I know is hard with a new born!!!
