Do i take it out if so how???

I was playing with Amara and just noticed an eyelash in her eye. It doesnt seem to be bothering her. Should i leave it alone or try take it out but how????

I've decided to leave it alone as its not bothering her and theres no way i can try. If its a problem i will see a doctor. please ignore this.
