BF and dieting

Hi ladies,
How are you all? Just a quick question- I have put on loads of weight being pregnant and now would really like to shift some of it as its not coming off with BF. Did any of you start dieting whilst BF? if so when? How many calories did you eat? I don't want my milk to dry up but at the same time I would really like my body back! any advice?
