Bedtime routine whilst demand feeding?

Hi im strugling getting my 16wk daughter to sleep longer through out the night, she tends to go to bed about 9.30 after a feed but is usually up again at 1am for a feed then every 3 hours after that. She only weighs 13lbs and if i try to offer both breasts she ends up bringing it back up. Any ideas?

    When your LO woke did u use shush noises or give him a cuddle to settle him back off? also is he in a cot or moses basket? I will try a sleeping bag and see if that helps.
