a good milk production explanation
Hello,
I have had so many questions about how exactly and why we produce milk the way we do... even with my third I still think is this enough milk, am I doing this right.
Either way I was looking online and came across a really good informative web page that I thought was worth sharing. You probably know most of what is on there, but I personally found the biological explanation of how exactly we produce milk very helpful. It also gives a good amount of information about increasing milk supply and that sort of thing.
