Quick question in case one of you ladies know about tattoos.

Question for all you breast feeding mothers, I've been trying to find out the recommendations with regards to getting a tattoo whilst breastfeeding..

I'm due in 3 days - and no I'm not planing to run straight out and get a new tattoo, I want to get my wedding tattoo finished ( we found out we were pregnant just before the wedding) and I have a tattoo that I want for the birth of my child.

Just wondering if there was anyone here who had had one or hadn't. As I keep finding really conflicting info on it.

Whilst I'm in 2 minds about the advice I can find I'm not going to get one done for obvious reasons. I've had one MW say yes its fine and another say no.

Its not my first by any means and so I know the reputations of my tattoo artist and how to look after them. But I just wanted to know if any of you had the urge to have one whilst breast feeding and what info you got told.
