next size teats?

Hiya
How do i know if lo is ready to move onto the next size teats? Am currently usin size 2 and lo is nearly 6 onths old so should i move to size 3?

    My lo changed to size 2 really early but I tried him with size 3 at 6 months just cos of his age. He was fine with them. You can only try! xx

    My LO is 9 months and still on size 2 teats i keep trying the size 3 but they flood her little mouth and then chokes and coughs all over so every baby is different you can try for nothing she how your LO gets on!:\)

    My lo is just over 6 months. I use variflow teats (not sure what size they are) but they allow her to suck as hard or a little as she wants so she doesnt flood her mouth with too much milk.
