Another question...

When you ladies who xbf weaned did you express to mix with food at first or did you use formula? I know once she hits six months then I can use cows milk in her food but for her first tastes I was thinking of rice and porridge and would be doing this from about 20 weeks...

If you used formula did your Lo's take to it ok?

    we started with veg puree so didnt add any milk. havent done porridge yet and not sure what ill be using.

    we bought porridge with formula in it, aptimal porridge you just add water and like jvl did veg and fruit puree x

    The porridge iv bought says to add water but i thought she might take to it better if it had my milk in?



    I was planning to take it really slow because i dont think she is that ready and just to one meal a day of porridge or rice and see how she got on.
