7m old not drinking bedtime bottle?!

Hello all,

my 7m old has become less and less bothered by her bedtime bottle over the last week or so to the point she's only having 1-2oz. She's not waking up hungry in the night or making her more hungry on a morning but I just don't understand why?

She has both her bottom teeth last month but she's not suffering with teeth at the moment.

Her routine is -

9am porridge/wheetabix with a 7oz bottle

1pm fruit jar and a 7oz bottle

4pm savoury jar and a petit filous yoghurt

6.30pm try to give her 7oz bottle

thanks xx

hello what i did with my daughter was when she had breakfast i put the milk from her bottle on her breakfast, that way she is still getting the 7oz in the morning, and what i also did was i gave my daughter 6oz in the afternoon. maybe this can help you .

    Hi,

If he's only just 7m old then milk should be the most important part of his diet. I would maybe cut right back on the amount you are giving him for tea or cut it out all together until his appetite increases. Many babies only start weaning at 6m and take a while to build up to 3 meals a day.

    Just an idea
