How can I get my 5 months old baby to a bottle?

How can I get my 5 months old baby to a bottle? she is turning 6 months old in a week and has started on solids twice a day 2 weeks ago. I have tried multiple formula, bottles, nipples of different shapes and sizes; I have tried her on bottles with breast milk; get someone else to feed her and sippy cups, none has worked. the only time she will take a bottle is while asleep which is only about 80ml-120ml. 

i have also tried her with no breast feed from 7am-7pm (just dream feed with breast milk and have solids) for two weeks now, but she still refuses as soon as she is awake. i have no idea on what to do anymore. am worried about her growth as she is only 6.4kg. 
please help me out.
