diarreha after feed

i’m writing on behalf of my friend, her 3 month baby was on aptamil hungry baby formula but change to aptamil 1 because it was the only one available at the time she was shopping. 
Baby has had diarreha for 2 days now after each feed, could it just be the change of milk? do we go back to the hungry baby formula?
