Help - When am I due back at work after maternity leave???

Hi guys, this is a bit of a stupid question but if you take the full 9 months maternity leave are you due back at work 9 months after you went off or 9 months after your babies actual date of birth???????

    With my company although your maternity leave starts from the day you leave work you are then entitled to 52 weeks leave (not all paid) from the date that your baby is born.

    yeah - maternity leave is 52 weeks and the first 9 months (39 weeks) is paid.
    You should have had a letter from your employer telling you the date they expect to have you back. if you want to return before then you can but you have to write and tell them.
