Am I eligable for SMP

Hi all,

I started a new job on the 8th March,
My last period was the 22nd March
and looks like my due date is the 25th December,

Do you think I will be eligable for SMP.

    i would say, have a look at gov website. you have to have been employed for 26weeks by the 15th week before the baby is due.If you were employed for 2 weeks prior to period you will be fine. I make it by just a week!!phew!x
