Spinal Muscular Atrophy

I'm not sure anyone here can help me but I'm 30 weeks pregnant at the moment and my partner's sister has just died of spinal muscular atrophy at the age of 21. I'm now worrying that my baby may have this condition and wondered if anyone knew where me or my partner could be tested to see if we are carriers. I know that we would both have to be carriers and then it would be a 1 in 4 chance of our baby having it but I would rather know now and be prepared than wait until the baby is getting to the walking stage and panic everytime she is late in doing something.
