Travel sickness

I am a mum to three kids who all suffer from car sickness. Anytime we travel a distance one or more are physically unwell. Recently Donald was sick down the Air vents of the car so the smell is strong and long lasting!! Any suggestions to avoid sickness, mess and smell!

    Hi, my 2 oldest (6 and 3) used to suffer really badly from travel sickness, I put sunshades on the back seat windows (they always looked out of the windows and this used to make them start with the sickness) I also got an in car DVD player which distracts them and a pack of polo mints or tictacs, (if they are old enough to have them) luckily (touch wood) we have reduced the "incidents" by about 80% xx

    Thanks for the advice I will certainly try the sunshades. The girls are 4 and 3 so mints in the future if the problem is still with us! Fingers crosses it will be gone!
