Hi, I’m new here and wondered if anyone might be able to help identify this rash that appeared today following my 4 year old son having a High temp the last couple of days.

Looks a bit like my sons eczema but I would say take him to a Dr just in case. My Dr said to me if a child has a rash for over 2 days, then take him. Obviously with any other symptoms take them straight away.
