Could this be chicken pox

Hi my daughter is 3 nearly 4. The past few days she has had an awful runny nose. which I put down to possibly hey fever? Today I have noticed some spots on her, scattered over her tummy, back , shoulders. do you think the look like the start of chicken pox or could they be bites or heat spots. 

I have a 5 year old daughter too who’s when she had them they were definite blister typE.
