extreme pain!!

i am sat tyoung this in pain!! its in my lower back on my left hand side and is makin me feel very sick aswell i dont no wot to do OH is at work, so im on my own!

any ideas? any1 had it b4??

    been to doctors feel a lil silly now it was a water infection!!

    i know exactly what you mean....i had one last week and i panicked straight away but just finished my antibiotics and its fine did you get anti biotics??? xxx

    yea thanks, the gave me anti biotics im still abit worried thou on how bean is, the pain was so bad i couldnt stand i thought they mite have wanted to check on how bean was but they didnt ask anything about it.
