M & P Cybas Pallas Eclipse anyone know how to remove the covers?

Help! My daughter has just thrown up all over the car seat, I hjave all of the covers off except the one at the bottom of the seat on the back whichis sort of elasticy, it won't stretch enough to go either way. Can anyone help???
