Hayfever remedies for kids

We think A has hay fever, she is permanently rubbing her nose and tonight it is really red. H suffers with it so it seems likely that's what it is. What can we give her for it? H uses Beconase, not sure there is a children's version? I don't want anything that is going to make her drowsy.
