Worried..

Hi ladies, I'm new to this site due to being really concerned... As of yesterday id be 9 weeks.. this is more of needing help.. And or opinions. 

i started bleeding today, a bright red/dark red with cramps, some like my period cramps and others not as strong.. 

I was going fine till I helped my friend move and pack her house..

should I be worried I lost my baby?... Or is this normal?...
