im currently suffering from pnd. Will I ever get bette? I feel so guilty I should be enjoying my family but I have lost my sense of love and I feel like I'm having an outer body experienc.
I have a good friend that has been through pnd this year. Talking to me, her hubby and health visitor helped her a lot. please look for help - it is much easier than on your own. You're not doing anything wrong- we are only human and doing our best . take care and all the best xxxxx
