Unconfirmed missed miscarraige

i went to a reproductive choice clinic to date my pregnancy, I was scanned at 5 weeks and told I was to come back in 10 days, 11 days later the sac could be clearly seen but picture was hazy so baby couldn't been seen, suspected missed miscarriage but I'm not back for another week... I'm upset not knowing whether my body I should carrying a baby or thinks it still is, I don't wana have to pay another scan privately yet I can't go to my maternity hospital cos it's not an emergency ... I've google scan pics and mine isn't what I'd expect ... what do or can I do? 😢
