It's a prayer, they are talking about their wish to go to hajj and talking about their faith in life. But the spelling and grammar is very bad so it doesn't really make sense. It's not a letter to anybody more of a written prayer

Well it's a note somebody wrote for themselves.. nothing good nothing bad
