Scared stiff of what will happen

Hi, i am new to this forum, so i apologise in adavnce if i go on. I am currently miscarrying, i think. I had a scan last sat and was measuring 7 days smaller, 6w 4 and no heartbeat. I started having some pinkish discharge monday, which came and went and then yesterday brown discharge which has developed in to red blood today. But only like day 1 of a period. I am crampy and have back ache but am scared that this is going to develop in to something so painful and i have 2 children at home who are oblivious. 
Altho this is my 3rd miscarriage i habe previously had 2 d&cs. 
I am looking for some advice if possible, thank you in advance for your help.
