Holiday pay while on maternity leave!
I am due to go back to work next year and have been offered, and accepted, another job. It is reduced hours, less responsibility and less pay, I was wondering if my holiday pay, which I was going to take at the end of my maternity leave, would it be paid on my old higher rate of pay or new lower rate of pay?
