Is this a miscarriage?

I’m on the shot and shouldn’t have a period. I have been cramping and spotting for days and now this. I’ve never seen a clot like this so that’s why I’m a bit concerned.Picture is TMI..

    It might be, but also may be something else... Try to do HPT as it still should show HCG in urine if it's MC... If it will not show better go to GP to get checked
