Baby wont change dummy size!

Hello! 
My son is 14months old and i stuck using avent 0-6months dummy. He wont have the next size at all! He just spits it out! Usually he refuses it even before i put it in his mouth! Help! Do i actually need to change the size??

    Lol my son is 2 and still has a 0-6 month and my daughter who's 4 still has a newborn one lol they refused the other sizes. They are fine with them 😍
